Our Return & Refund Policy remains valid for a period of 7 days starting from the date of delivery. Regrettably, if it has been more than 7 days since your delivery date, we are unable to provide a refund or facilitate an exchange.

Return and replacement service procedure:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service through our website. Kindly include the item(s) details along with the order ID for the return and provide the reason for your request.
  2. Once you receive the return instructions from us, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Please drop off your package at your local post office for shipment.
  4. Once we receive your return package and verify its compliance with our return policy requirements, we will promptly initiate the refund process or dispatch a replacement within 7 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment account, based on your chosen refund method, or we can provide a gift card if you prefer. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience for you.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND CONDITIONS

If you have received an item that meets any of the conditions listed below, please get in touch with us. We'll be glad to assist you in reporting the issue and arranging either a refund or a free replacement.

  • Damaged item
  • Low-quality items (such as prints that are blurry or faded)
  • Wrong item
  • Missing item

We value your happiness and are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. If your claim is approved, we offer a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost. Please be aware that this warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Our 7-day Return & Refund Policy does not cover the following reasons, as we cannot be held responsible for these issues. However, if the manufacturer is at fault, such as for defects, damages, wrong items, or poor printing quality, you have the right to request a refund or replacement.

  • To prioritize your satisfaction and time, we acknowledge that online orders may not always be as ideal as offline purchases. In the event that you select the wrong size, we are pleased to offer you a 50% discount on re-ordering the correct size.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition and include the original packaging. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All items purchased during a sale or promotional event are non-refundable.
  • Returned items sent back without proper returns requests are regrettably not eligible for acceptance.
  • In order to uphold hygiene standards for all our valued customers, kindly note that we are unable to accept returns on certain items. These include lingerie, swimwear, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and seasonal items (such as Halloween costumes). Please be aware that these items are considered final sale.
  • Please note that all sales of custom-made, made-to-order, and print-on-demand items are also considered final.
  • In case of incorrect buyer information, kindly note that it is non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Kindly be advised that we are unable to accommodate return requests solely prompted by the customer's preference or dissatisfaction with our material, or personal reasons such as personal taste or a change of mind.

REGARDING SHIPPING FEE

If you receive an order with defects, damages, wrong items, or printing quality issues caused by the manufacturer and need an exchange or refund, Vedlit will cover the shipping fees.

If you received the wrong item, design, or size due to incorrectly customized input, or in the case of incorrect buyer information and you want to return or refund the item, please note that you will be responsible for the return postage fees until the item reaches us. The postage fee will be determined by the postal service you choose, and it may vary based on the selected postal company, service, and the combined weight of your returns.

Please remember: We highly recommend using a recorded delivery service to send back any package(s) and obtaining proof of postage certificate or receipt from the post office. It's advisable to keep this proof of postage certificate or receipt until we have successfully processed your refund, just in case!

RETURN ADDRESS

If you need to return any items, please contact our Customer Service for the nearest return address. Rest assured, you will receive a prompt response. Kindly avoid sending your return to the address provided on our Website, as it is our head office and not the designated return address. Doing so may impact the processing of your return.

To ensure a smooth exchange or refund, we have multiple fulfillment centers and suppliers worldwide. Therefore, it is crucial that all returns are sent to the correct original location. Failure to adhere to this may result in voiding or delaying any refund or exchange.

REFUND PROCESS

We are pleased to offer full refunds for the cost of your order, which includes the transaction fee and shipping fee. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.

The timeline for refund processing depends on the payment method you used. Kindly refer to the following estimated time frames:
