Cancellation & Modification

If you wish to modify or cancel your purchase, kindly reach out to us at support@vedlit.com. Please provide your order number and the specific changes you would like to make. We will promptly confirm the modification or cancellation once it has been processed.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours after placement. After this time, changes cannot be made as the order will have already been processed.

For assistance, kindly email us your request and we will respond within 2 hours.

Please note the following:

  • Once an order is completed, Personalized Orders are locked for processing, making it difficult to make adjustments. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review all details before finalizing your order.
  • During the holiday season, modification requests may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your orders. However, please rest assured that we always strive to promptly fulfill such requests.
